And I am speaking specifically to the Private Security Sector in many third world, developing states or commonwealth communities who ignore innovation and breeding a hunting ground of corporate soldiers, to get mergers outside their regional market realm to put pressure on the fluctuations of the dollar flow, due to its connectivity to a GDP investor growth and business continuity within their local feudal economy.
