However true this may be, its operations are only designed in lieu of the type of corporate structures and investments placed in protecting an asset necessary in building the local economy of the commonwealth state.
Paramilitary security agencies are an essential operation in economically strained economies, as its focus on protection of an economical asset class in a division falling far from the responsibility of the armed force.

PARAMILITARY TECHNICAL:
1.A paramilitary group is a necessary security operation for today’s global threats.
2. A paramilitary security group must be designed into a business model and be controlled internally if state laws are placed to control its existence.
3. A paramilitary security group must be designed to complement the territory it covers and be a shadow operation within the territory it operates.
4. Some commonwealth states defer the title of paramilitary and may encourage the use of a softer business model approach, hence all lawful policies must be adhered to, however its operational culture and training must be able to match the threats level of the territory, in protecting multinational corporations and its assets. 5.Note that some existing private security operations possess paramilitary security culture but their operations are not; as they are guided by state laws and policies.
