As a millennia myself being taught by the best the industry has to offer and more I discovered grave concern via means of conversation and observations for new security millennia executives or an intention to become one suffering from ageism in the security departments.
As a discipline organization those millennia become chastised to “go with the flow” or leave!
I at most times advise them on becoming a security entrepreneur and pushing a new security sector to compete against the legacy model system of their current employer.
