And I am speaking specifically to the Private Security Sector in many third world, developing states or commonwealth communities who ignore innovation and breeding a hunting ground of corporate soldiers, to get mergers outside their regional market realm to put pressure on the fluctuations of the dollar flow, due to its connectivity to a GDP investor growth and business continuity within their local feudal economy.

- 3. Circle yourself with enough gratification and hope that your efforts are not unseen so continue it until you have exhausted all its existence.
- 4. Trust no one you meet; do your assessment on personal entities as well as organizations capacities by shining a light on the necessary (due diligence outlook).
- 5. Alienate yourself from families and friends who serve no purpose in your development. Keep all your thoughts positive and forward without allowing these thoughts to exit amongst prying idles.
- 6. Be the most intelligent person in any room and share what you know can assist the audience but keep some information that is the golden literature to your success.
- 7. Do not be lazy in your craft and its building capabilities, especially when it is where the money is.
- 8. Do not be hesitant to learn and adopt new concepts and knowledge to your existing library.
- 9. Find mentors you can trust and those who have the track record in your intended market field.
- 10. Whatever your dreams are and if they present themselves to you multiple times, then it is your destiny to carry it out.
- 11. Charisma is the human trait to fit in. However, avoid the fit in fraternizing as much as possible.
- 12. Keep your mental frame peak at all times as the gatekeepers and the obstructionists keep you on watch always.
- 13. Stay true to your business decisions and follow it until it is exhausted.
- 14. Create a 10 year corporate model so the principle set by you can be multiplied in many generations and areas in the business sector.
- 15. Change as much as you can with your wealth, let the world know about your accomplishment in this period of transition.
- 16. Survival is key; protect your interests guardedly.
- 17. Protect your insanity and emotions when failure erupts the process and get rid of investors or stakeholders who are stumbling blocks to great ingenuity and product creation.
- 18. The world must evolve and only you can do your part. So do it! 19. Align your part to your destiny early on in life as the rewards are quickly disseminated early on rather than later on with regrets.
- 20. There exists no rule about management styles. So be you!
- 21. Do not be afraid about fighting legendary demigods in business; it improves your novice behavior every time it is condoned.
- 22. Stay alive long enough to do as much as you can do, this rule can apply to you on your corporate departure.
